The PADI Open Water Course is made up of 2 parts: -

The theory part of the course is an on-line course undertaken via the PADI eLearning portal, it consists of 6 sections plus an on-line exam.  You can work at your own speed (PADI estimate between 5 and 10hrs), putting it down and picking it back up when you have free time.
It's then Into the comfort of our heated swimming pool where you will undertake a swimming assessment and 5 mini dives. During these dives you will learn all the skill you need to become a safe & confident diver.  The swimming pool sessions are typically completed in one evening, normally a Saturday between 18:00 – 20:45hrs.

Part 2- Open Water Dives.

This time its 4 dives held over 2 days; all you have to do is to demonstrate back to the instructor the skills you already mastered in the swimming pool.
